Georgian, Israeli Defense Ministers Meet in Tel Aviv

Defense Minister, Irakli Alasania, met his Israeli counterpart Moshe Ya’alon during his two-day visit to Israel, the Georgian Defense Ministry said on Monday.

“We discussed our future cooperation in the military sphere and we have agreed to elaborate a joint plan within a month on how we should develop priority areas of our relationship, involving our possible cooperation in defense capabilities and military industry. We have also invited the Israeli Defense Minister to visit Georgia,” Alasania said.
