Saakashvili Visits Kyrgyzstan

President Saakashvili arrived in Bishkek on Wednesday to attend inauguration of Kyrgyzstan’s first democratically elected president Almazbek Atambaev on December 1.

On Wednesday Saakashvili met with outgoing Kyrgyz President Roza Otunbayeva, according to the Georgian president’s office.

“It is an honor to meet you once again. You are a real legend and not only for this region. Tomorrow is really a historic day [referring to inauguration of President-elect Atambaev]… What you did it’s a metrical,” President Saakashvili told Roza Otunbayeva.
