Vashadze to Visit Lithuania, Malta

Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze will pay an official visit to Lithuania on May 18-20 and then to Malta, the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.

In Vilnius Foreign Minister Vashadze will meet with Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė, Parliamentary Chairperson Irena Degutienė, Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius and Foreign Minister Audronius A?ubalis.

According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, it is also planned to set up the committee for cooperation between the two countries to facilitate further “enhancement of already existing close relations between Georgia and Lithuania.”

From Lithuania Vashadze will leave for Malta on May 21 and hold talks with his counterpart Tonio Borg.
