Corruption Falls Slightly in Georgia ? TI
The level of corruption in Georgia has slightly fallen, according to Transparency International’s (TI) 2009 Corruption Perception Index released on November 17.
The index ranked Georgia 66th out of 180 countries, and gave a score of 4.1, against 3.9 last year. The index scores countries on a scale from 0 – perceived to be highly corrupt to 10 – perceived to have low levels of corruption.
