Quake Hits Western Georgia, No Casualties
6.2-magnitute earthquake hit western Georgian region of Racha with tremors felt in east of the country, including in the capital Tbilisi, on September 8.
The earthquake, which struck at 2:41am local time, caused no casualties and no major destructions, but it damaged some houses in mountainous region of Racha, local authorities of the region said.
There are cracks on the walls of some houses in Oni district of Racha region.
