Turkish Deputy FM to Visit Abkhazia
Visiting Turkish Foreign Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, said in Tbilisi that he will soon send one of his deputies to pay a visit to Abkhazia.
Speaking at a news conference after meeting with his Georgian counterpart, Grigol Vashadze, the Turkish Foreign Minister said Georgia and Turkey “are strategic partners and allies” and Ankara would spare no efforts in addressing the conflicts in the region. He also said that peace and stability in Georgia was of vital importance for the entire region.
