EU Observers Start Arriving in Georgia

The first major group of EU observers, in particular over 30 uniformed Italian monitors, arrived in Tbilisi on September 23.
The group is part of at least 200 EU observers, which will be deployed in the areas adjacent to South Ossetia and Abkhazia by October 1.
