Saakashvili Blames Personally Putin for ‘Brutal Attack’

President Saakashvili said Russia’s PM Vladimir Putin was to blame for the brutal attacks on Georgia.

Speaking to tens of thousands of people gathered outside Parliament, Saakashvili described Russia’s ex-president as a person “sick with a maniacal superiority complex.”
