Voter Turnout 21.79% by Noon – CEC

Voter turnout was 21.79% by noon, Zurab Kachkachishvili, a spokesman of the Central Election Commission said.

Voter turnout for the January 5 presidential election by the noon was slightly over 16%, according to the CEC.
