Sokhumi Slams UN Resolution as ‘One-Sided’

Abkhaz leader, Sergey Bagapsh, said UN General Assembly resolution calling for return of IDPs and refugees back to Abkhazia, was “one-sided.”

“We do not deem it binding to follow this resolution, because it was passed through taking into account only the opinion of the Georgian side, while the Abkhaz side’s opinion was ignored,” Apsnipress news agency quoted Bagapsh as saying on May 16.
