Government Develops Strategic Plan on Conflicts
The Georgian government has launched the development of a strategic plan on the resolution of the Abkhaz and South Ossetian conflicts.
According to the administration of the State Minister for the Conflict Resolution Issues, the government plans to give pre-existing drafts for peaceful initiatives in Abkhazia and South Ossetia to various state structures for comments and additional input. A new composite document will then be created based on this joint effort.
Details of the plan remain confidential and it is not yet known when the document will be unveiled.
