Abkhaz Official Denies Reports on Shooting in Gali

Ruslan Kishmaria, the breakaway Abkhaz President?s envoy in the Gali district, has denied that an armed clash took place on August 8 in the Gali district.

Georgian media sources reported that at least two Georgians were killed in a clash with Abkhaz militias.

?We have no information about a shootout or casualties,? Kishmaria told RIA Novosti news agency.
