Passenger Buses Enter Tskhinvali

Georgian law enforcement agencies allowed several passenger buses on August 7 to move into the breakaway South Ossetian capital Tskhinvali after being trapped at the administrative border for a day.

The passengers, mostly vendors returning from Tbilisi?s outdoor market in Lilo, were stopped by the Georgian Financial Police without any official explanations, reports say.
