Saakashvili to Meet Rice, Gates

President Saakashvili will meet on March 20 with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Defense Secretary Robert Gates. Both of them visited Moscow on March 18.

On March 19 Saakashvili met with President Bush, who reiterated the United States support towards Georgia’s NATO integration.

Nino Burjanadze, the Parliamentary Chairperson, described the meeting between two presidents as “very important and really historic.”
