Patarkatsishvili’s Body Brought to Georgia

Badri Patarkatsishvili’s body was brought to Tbilisi on a special flight from London this morning. The funeral is planned for February 28.

He will be buried in the yard of his house – a former Wedding Palace for marriage ceremonies, which Patarkatsishvili bought from the state in 2002. Rustavi 2 TV reported that Israeli President Shimon Peres would attend the funeral. No official confirmation of the report was immediately available.
