Saakashvili to Visit Greece

President Saakashvili will pay an official visit to Greece on October 1-2 to discuss bilateral relations with Greek officials.

The Georgian president is expected to meet his Greek counterpart, Karolos Papoulias, Prime Minister Kostas Karamanlis and other officials, the Georgian president?s press office reported.

Georgian Foreign Minister Gela Bezhuashvili said on September 27 that Saakashvili planned to travel to Greece on September 28. However, the visit was rescheduled.
