Imedi TV Shows Bloomberg’s Interview with Saakashvili

Imedi TV re-broadcast on September 4 an in-depth, friendly interview with President Saakashvili originally aired by Bloomberg television’s For The Record weekly program last weekend.

Bloomberg’s Ryan Chilcote and President Saakashvili toured Georgia and discussed the country’s progress and economic reforms in a half-hour program.

The rebroadcast by Imedi TV came just a day after another television station, Rustavi 2, dedicated nine minutes of primetime to a summary of positive western press coverage of Saakashvili.
