Construction Begins of Hyatt Hotel in Tbilisi

Construction of a 183-room Park Hyatt hotel started in downtown Tbilisi on June 14.

Park Hyatt Tbilisi will form part of a larger, five-building complex that will also include an office complex, conference center, spa and fitness center and a Georgian restaurant.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2009.

USD 200 million is being spent on what will be the Hyatt?s first property in Tbilisi. It will be located on the Right Embankment of the Mtkvari river.
