A Russian interdepartmental delegation led by Russian prime ministerial aide Gennady Bukaev will arrive in Georgia on April 23 to hold talks with Georgian and South Ossetian officials both in Tbilisi and Tskhinvali over South Ossetian economic rehabilitation issues, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.

On April 24 the delegation will hold talks with Georgian State Minister for Conflict Resolution Issues Merab Antadze, while on April 25-26 they will visit Tskhinvali.

?The Russian Foreign Ministry hopes that the visit of the interdepartmental group will promote the solution of crucial problems of the population of South Ossetia, provide for the development of Russian-Georgian cooperation and help improve mutual understanding between our countries in this direction,? a statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry reads.
