Tbilisi Allots GEL 6 mln for S.Ossetia Infrastructure

GEL 6 million (about USD 3.5 million) has been allocated in the 2007 state budget to develop infrastructure in the Georgian-controlled Didi Liakhvi Gorge of the South Ossetian conflict zone, Georgian Finance Minister Lexo Alexishvili said on February 21.
 
?These funds are aimed to improve road infrastructure and water systems. This is enough, and a rather important sum to provide better living conditions on the ground,? Alexishvili said at a news conference.
