Georgian PM Visits Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan

Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli was in Turkmenistan on December 24, where he attended Turkmen President Saparmurat Niazov?s funeral service.

After Turkmenistan PM Nogaideli is expected to travel to Baku, where he will hold talks with Azerbaijani officials over gas supplies from the Shah-Deniz field on December 25.

Officials said that an agreement has been reached with Turkey over the terms of distribution of Shah-Deniz gas.

PM Nogaideli said that details of the gas distribution, as well as the price, will be disclosed after his talks in Baku.
