PACE Monitors Visit Georgia
The Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) rapporteurs for the monitoring of Georgia, Matyas Eorsi and Luc Van den Brande, will pay a three-day fact-finding visit to Georgia on November 20-22.
The PACE rapporteurs will discuss the recent tensions between Georgia and Russia and study the issues of Georgian citizens deported from Russia.
Meetings are planned with President Saakashvili, Parliamentary Chairperson Nino Burjanadze, Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli, as well as with members of Parliament and representatives of international organisations.
