Georgian PM to Address OSCE
Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli left for Vienna on October 27 to address the OSCE Permanent Council over the South Ossetian peace plan.
Prior to his departure, the Georgian Prime Minister said that he will also address the tense relations between Russia and Georgia.
During the visit Zurab Nogaideli will hold talks with OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut.
