Georgian PM to Address OSCE over Conflicts
Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli will address the OSCE Permanent Council on October 27, the OSCE press office reported on Tuesday.
PM Nogaideli is expected to focus on the Georgian Peace Plan for conflict resolution in South Ossetia.
The plan was first unveiled also at the OSCE Permanent Council by PM Nogaideli exactly a year ago – on October 27, 2005. There has been no progress in the process of implementing the plan since then.
