Georgian, Abkhaz Sides Negotiate on IDPs

A meeting of the joint working group in frames of the Georgian-Abkhaz Coordinating Council will be held in Abkhaz capital Sokhumi on July 11 to discuss the issue of refugees and displaced persons.
 
According to the press office of the Georgian State Minister for Conflict Resolution Issues, the sides will discuss the issues of organized return of internally displaced persons and refugees, as well as their security.

The Georgian delegation will be led by Deputy State Minister for Conflict Resolution Issues Giorgi Volski.

The first meeting of the joint working group on security issues was already held in the Gali district of breakaway region on June 30, while the joint working group on economic issues will meet in Tbilisi on July 14, according to the Georgian State Minister?s press office.
