Georgian Arrested in Italy for Alleged Drug Smuggling

OSCE said on July 2 that the Italian police have confirmed arrest of a Georgian national, who was working for the OSCE Spillover Monitor Mission to Skopje, on suspicion of drug smuggling.

?The OSCE will co-operate fully with the Italian authorities in their investigation,? the OSCE said in a statement.

The Georgian Foreign Ministry has also confirmed that a Georgian citizen was arrested in Italy.
