Georgian Officials Visit Russia

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Denisov met with the Georgian President?s aide for Abkhaz issues Irakli Alasania and Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Merab Antadze in Moscow on June 6, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.

The sides discussed several aspects of Russian-Georgian relations, the current situation in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as well as the cooperation of the two countries in the UN and other international organizations, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
