Russian MPs to Visit Georgia

A group of Russian parliamentarians are expected to arrive in Georgia on June 5 to discuss current developments in Russo-Georgian relations.

The Russian MPs will hold talks with Georgian Parliamentary Chairperson Nino Burjanadze and with other senior lawmakers; they are also expected to meet Georgian State Minister for Conflict Resolution Issues Giorgi Khaindrava.

This visit by the Russian lawmakers comes after a group of Georgian parliamentarians visited Moscow in March.
