NATO PA President Visits Georgia
A delegation of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, led by President Pierre Lellouche, arrived in Georgia on a three-day visit on May 4.
According to the Georgian Parliament’s press-office, today the delegation will hold talks with Parliamentary Chairperson Nino Burjanadze and the representatives of opposition political parties.
During the visit, the NATO delegation will also meet with Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli, Defense Minister Irakli Okruashvili and other officials.
President Pierre Lellouche also plans to visit breakaway South Ossetia and Abkhazia on May 5 and May 6, respectively.
