Defense Minister Visits Ukraine on Wine Task

Defense Minister Irakli Okruashvili, who has been tasked by President Saakashvili to promote Georgian wine on new markets, left for Ukraine on April 24.

Okruashvili said that the visit aims at arranging a Georgian wine exhibition in Ukraine.

Influential lawmaker from the ruling National Movement party Givi Targamadze, who chairs the Parliamentary Committee for Defense and Security, is accompanying the Defense Minister during this visit.
