Georgian Filmmakers Released in Abkhazia

Georgian filmmakers Tea Sharia, Tariel Sokhadze and Teimuraz Eliava, who were arrested by Abkhaz security service on March 1, were released on March 25.

Tea Sharia told reporters that the three Georgians were released by court decision. 

Tea Sharia, Tariel Sokhadze and Teimuraz Eliava from the youth organization “Art Salon” were touring Abkhazia to film Georgian churches.
