Georgia, EU Agree ‘Large Part’ of ENP Action Plan
The second round of talks over Georgia’s EU Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) Action Plan was held in Brussels on March 8 during which the sides agreed over a large part of the Action Plan, the Georgian Foreign Ministry reported.
According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the representatives of the European Commission explained that additional consultations will be held with the EU member states to agree the remaining sections of the text.
The third round of talks is scheduled for the second half of May.
Georgia joined the European Neighborhood Policy in June 2004, along with Azerbaijan and Armenia.
