Saakashvili, Yushchenko Meet in Astana

Presidents of Georgia and Ukraine, Mikheil Saakashvili and Victor Yushchenko, respectiviely, held talks in the Kazakh capital Astana on January 10.

The two Presidents visited Kazakhstan in order to participate in the inauguration of President Nursultan Nazarbayev on January 11.

?Economic cooperation? cooperation in trade and, of course, issues related to GUAM [Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova] will be discussed,? President Yushchenko told reporters before meeting with Mikheil Saakashvili.
