CoE Delegation Visits Georgia
The Council of Europe (CoE) co-rapporteurs for the monitoring of Georgia Matyas Eorsi and Evgeni Kirilov will pay a three day fact-finding visit to Georgia.
The visit aims at assessing the state of Georgia’s honoring of the commitments to the CoE, undertaken by Georgia while joining the organization in 1999.
The members of the delegation will hold talks with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, Parliamentary Chairperson Nino Burjanadze and other senior officials.
