State Minister to Visit Tskhinvali

Georgian State Minister for Conflict Resolution Issues Giorgi Khaindrava will visit breakaway the South Ossetian capital of Tskhinvali on September 15 to negotiate with the South Ossetian chief negotiator Boris Chochiev about the details of the upcoming talks between South Ossetian leader Eduard Kokoity and Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli. 
 
The Georgian State Minister told reporters on September 14 that the talks between Nogaideli and Kokoity would apparently be held on September 25 in Tskhinvali.
