State Minister Visits Moscow
Georgian State Minister for Conflict Resolution Issues Giorgi Khaindrava left for Moscow on September 9 to hold talks with officials from the Russian Foreign Ministry and Security Council.
Giorgi Khaindrava told reporters before his departure that ?the complicated situation? in the South Ossetian and Abkhaz conflict zones would be discussed in the Russian capital.
?We will also discuss the process of militarization, which has been launched in the conflict zones, especially in South Ossetia, that contradicts the agreement on demilitarization [reached between the two sides],? Khaindrava said.
