One Man Goes Missing After Flood in Dusheti

Officials say one man is missing and at least 40 houses were flooded overnight on June 14 after heavy rains in the Dusheti district in the northern mountainous region of Georgia.

The flood has also destroyed farmlands in Dusheti of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region.

Earlier this month, the flood washed away bridges and roads, cutting off access to some villages in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Kakheti regions.
