New Interior Minister of S.Ossetia Appointed

President of breakaway South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity appointed Col. Mikheil Mindzaev as the region’s new Interior Minister.
 
The Press and Information Committee of breakaway South Ossetia reported on April 25 that before this new appointment, Mikheil Mindzaev served as deputy chief of the Interior Ministry?s Staff in North Ossetia, the Russian Federation.
