PM’s Visit to S.Ossetia Postponed

Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli postponed a visit to breakaway the South Ossetian capital Tskhinvali, which was scheduled for April 21, after South Ossetian leader Eduard Kokoity refused to meet him.

“It is absolutely inexplicable to me why these talks, which we have been preparing for a month, were postponed,” Zurab Nogaideli told reporters on April 21.
