Outdoor Traders Protest in Tbilisi

Hundreds of outdoor traders gathered outside the Tbilisi Mayor?s Office on March 28 to protest against the authorities? decision to close the largest outdoor market in Tbilisi, which is located in the Eliava district.

A similar protest rally was also held in Zugdidi, western Georgia, on March 27 following the local administration?s decision to close outdoor markets in the town.
