Lavrov: Visit to Georgia was ‘Uneasy’

Speaking live to the Russian RTR television on February 20, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that his visit to Georgia “was not easy,” however he added, that he left Georgia with a “better stance.”

He said that within the next two months “intensive talks” will be held between the Russian and Georgian sides over a set of issues “which still remain open” in bilateral relations.
