Russian Companies Bid for Locomotive Producing Factory

Three Russian companies made their bids for purchasing of controlling shares of the ElmavalMshenebeli factory in Tbilisi, which produces electric locomotives, the Georgian Economy Ministry reported.

Georgian government put on the privatization only 51% of shares of the ElmavalMshenebeli factory for starting price of USD 3 million. The rest of the shares will remain under the state?s ownership.
