Russian Peacekeeper Dies in South Ossetia

Russian peacekeeper was found dead near the village of Kekhvi in the South Ossetian conflict zone on January 21.

Georgian media reported that the Russian peacekeeper committed suicide. However, the Russian peacekeeping officials refrain to comment on reasons of death.

?I will not make comments yet,? Marat Kulakhmetov, the Commander of the Russian peacekeeping battalion deployed in the conflict zone, told Itar-Tass news agency.
