Preparations Underway for Large-Scale Military Exercises

Georgian Defense Ministry has started dispatching of armored vehicles to the western Georgian town of Poti at the Black Sea coast on April 27, which will participate in the upcoming large-scale military exercises scheduled for April 30-May 2.

Armored vehicles, coast-guard vessels and air forces will be involved in the exercise. Chief of Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces Givi Iukuridze and Secretary of the National Security Council Vano Merabishvili are already in Poti.
