One Child Dies in a Hand-Grenade Explosion at School

16-year-old boy died today, when a hand-grenade exploded during the military studies lesson in one of the schools of Tbilisi. Four other schoolboys and a teacher are injured.

?There should have only been the dummy grenades for training purposes at school, which are not dangerous. We are investigating how the armed military grenade appeared,? Levan Maisuradze, the chief of Tbilisi police, said.

The law enforcers found several hand-grenades after the search .

Earlier today anonymous phone call warned the administration of another school in downtown Tbilisi that there was a bomb in the building; however no bomb has been found.
