Sukhumi Supports Reshuffle of Government in Tbilisi

Abkhaz de facto Vice-President Valerie Arshba says reshuffle of the Georgian government would foster Georgian-Abkhaz conflict settlement.

?Military rhetoric should be forgotten. It is important, that those people come to power [after November 2 parliamentary elections], who understand, that signing of a treaty on peace will originate new era of civilized relations between Georgians and Abkhazians,? Valerie Arshba told Civil Georgia on October 22.

?It is very important to hold free and fair elections in Georgia to prevent destabilization in the region, since if any confrontation occurs in Georgia, that will certainly have impact on the situation in the region, as a whole,? Arshba added.
