Georgian-Ossetian Conflict Discussed in Moscow

(Tbilisi, June 24, 2003, Civil Georgia) – The quadripartite commission (Georgian, Ossetian, Russian sides and OSCE) for Georgian-Ossetian conflict settlement started to work in Moscow on June 23.

The members of the commission will discuss the ways of conflict resolution and the issues of operation of the joint supervisory center by the Georgian and Ossetian law-enforcement bodies.

The Georgian delegation is headed by President?s advisor for Ossetian conflict issues Irakli Machavariani.
