Badri Khatidze Elected the Tskhinvali Commission Chairman

(Tbilisi, May 21, 2003. Civil Georgia) – On May 21 the Parliament unanimously (129 votes) elected MP Badri Khatidze the Chairman of the interim commission for Tskhinvali Region Problems Investigation.

Badri Khatidze was nominated by the previous chairman Eldar Shengelaia during the last week’s session. Eldar Shengelaia has resigned from the post on his own decision.
