Russia Says US Spy Plane Overfly Georgia

(Tbilisi. March 22, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Russian Defense Ministry reports the Russian air defense system identified today US U-2S spy plane overflying Georgia, 20-30 kilometers away from the Russian airspace.

?This is the third case of flight of the US spy planes in Georgian airspace,? Spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry Nikolai Deriabin told the Russian news agency Interfax.
