MPs Waiting for Government’s Plan on Abkhaz Conflict Settlement

(Tbilisi. February 27, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Chairman of the Parliament Nino Burjanadze called the government to present plan of action regarding the settlement of conflict in Abkhazia.

“A month ago Parliament requested the government to submit plan of action, how the government intends to solve the Abkhazian conflict. We have not received anything so far,” Nino Burjanadze said.

“I request Mariam Tsatsanashvili [President’s Parliamentary Secretary] to inform MPs whether the government has a started to draft the document or not,” Burjanadze said.
